Schools and Institutions
Purchase orders are accepted from recognized schools and institutions, public and private. (Or, print Order Form and fill out completely.)
1.  Purchase order must include purchase order #, billing address, shipping
     address (no P.O. Box for shipping address), and phone number.
2.  Include quantity, catalog#, title, single price, and total price for each
     item.
3.  Figure merchandise subtotal.
4.  Figure shipping & handling on merchandise subtotal as follows:

Individuals
Orders from individuals must be PREPAID by check, VISA, or MasterCard.
1.  Print Order Form and fill out completely.
     Important: Orders that do not include shipping & handling (and sales
     tax for orders shipped to CA and MN only) will be returned to sender.
2.  If prepaying by credit card, fax or mail your completed order form.
     If prepaying by check, mail your check with completed order.

International Customers
We are unable to accept orders from international customers.

Prices
Prices posted on this website are kept as current as possible. We do reserve the right to increase prices. If current prices have expired, we will notify you before filling your order.

Delivery
Most orders are shipped by mail or UPS within 2 days of receipt. Allow 7 to 10 additional business days for delivery. Orders from AK and HI are shipped by mail. Allow longer for delivery. If an item is not in stock, it will usually be shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of your order.

Terms / Methods of Payment
Net 30 days for purchase orders. Payment may be made by check, VISA, or MasterCard.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the materials you purchased, you may return them within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund less shipping and handling. Returned materials must be in perfect condition. Enclose packing slip or invoice copy and indicate reason for return. Wrap package securely. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Greystone Video Warranty
Greystone videos are warranted to be free from defects and will be replaced at no charge if defective. Defective videos must be returned before replacements are shipped. Enclose packing slip or invoice copy and indicate reason for return. Wrap package securely. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
